I book for my wife and called for a refund but they said if I loose the gift certificate there is no way to prove I paid, even that I have a receipt.

We scheduled a couples massage for a relaxation once we arrive we had to be buzzed in. Our appt was for 12:30pm when we arrive they didn’t even start the massage until 12:45 pm they had dogs barking they walked out twice from the massage they made us pay upfront which I thought was odd they didn’t complete at 60 min massage they only did 45 minutes when we was leaving they stated that we had to pay additional money we already paid 70$ each and I said well you don’t give us a proper massage they only did my back and it was pretty painful and after that they didn’t switch us to the front I’ve done many massage places and I’ve never experienced that. Once we told them we already paid they said the extra money was for taxes and for using the card machine I was baffled which made me not want to tip them because they was talking the entire massage it was not relaxing at all I will never recommend this place please save your money.

Called tonight at 6 p got in for a couples massage with my husband at 7 p and we both agreed place is clean the massage was excellent for a great price as well. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had high hopes for a relaxing massage, but unfortunately, it was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived, we were put off by the need for a buzzer just to gain entry. Once inside, we were asked to prepay for our services, which seemed odd and impersonal. During the massage, the therapists spoke to one another the whole time. They also left the room twice, disrupting the flow of the massage. What's worse, they didn't even bother to ask about our preferred pressure, resulting in a painful experience. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and consideration for our comfort made this a disappointing and frustrating visit. We won't be returning, and we can't recommend this spa to others seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

Excellent deep tissue full body Massage. The therapist told Me that I didn’t tip her enough ( they made me pay and tip before the massage (so I only tipped 18%) so that was awkward but no biggie. The therapist was wonderful and I will definitely be back!
